Davey is an enthusiastic personal trainer with Level 3 certificate. Davey is eager to support clients with a wide range of training.

Finn has a level 3 diploma in personal training, sports and physical activity, DBS checked and first aid qualified. Finn specialises in weight training and lifting, muscle building, youth and 50+ fitness, high-intensity cardio training and he also offers nutrition and diet advice to support your fitness programme.

Jayden has a level 3 diploma in personal training, level 2 gym instructor and a BTEC level 3 NED in sport as well as a certHE in strength and conditioning.
Jayden has a strong foundation in sports and fitness, bringing technical expertise and passion to every session.
If you are unable to attend your booked PT session, please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have a block booking of 5 or 10 sessions and you fail to attend without giving 24 hours cancellation, you will be deducted one PT session from your allotted block. Pay as you go PT sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. Failure to attend without giving 24 hours cancellation notice you will be charged full price for your PT session.
