Sauna and Steam
The Sauna and Steam area at The Venue is open. Booking in advance is essential. Please book online, via the InspireAll app, or with the reception team. On arrival for your session, please collect a wristband from reception. You can use the facility with one of our memberships or as a casual user, paying for sessions as you go.

If you want to take out a new membership or add sauna and steam access to your existing membership, contact a member of the team.
The refurbished area is a relaxing, calm environment with sauna and steam rooms, heated benches, a rainfall shower, an ice fountain, and a relaxation area. Using sauna and steam facilities as part of your wellness routine can help you destress, relieve aches and pains, relax your muscles, and detox your skin.
Sauna
A ‘dry’ heat treatment in a wood-lined room with a temperature reaching 90°C, designed to induce perspiration to cleanse the body of impurities.
Sauna bathing often claim health benefits that include detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation.
Steam Room
A ‘wet’ heat treatment, designed to operate at temperatures of up to 50°C and regulated by a thermostat with relative humidity of 80 to 100%. Simply relax in the steam room for a short period of time and let the wellness properties of heat and steam work their magic. Benefit from added aromas, and essential oils, all of which can increase the benefits and enhance the experience.
Sauna & Steam Session Times
You can book for any of the sessions below, for a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes. If you enter the sauna and steam area after the stated start time, you will have the remainder of the session to enjoy the area.

Some things you need to know before you visit:
- You must book before every visit, you can do this online, via the InspireAll app or at reception.
- Every session is for a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes, please collect a wristband for your session from reception.
- The Sauna and Steam area is for adults only (over 16s)
- Bathing costumes are to be worn at all times.
- Customers are encouraged to drink plenty of water whilst using the facilities.
- Food is not permitted in the area.
- Please observe all etiquette on each visit.
