Generation Plus
InspireAll run a Generation Plus programme of weekly activities and trips that are suitable for, but not specific to the older adult, people who are new to exercise, those looking for lower intensity options or possibly recovering from injury.
A number of Generation Plus classes are held at The Venue Leisure Centre, but there is a wider timetable of activities available in Borehamwood, Potters Bar and Bushey areas.
