These brand new Power – 30 dynamic workouts are aimed at those who wan the fastest way to get fit and strong. These 30 minute intensive classes are an effective way of maximising your time whilst reaping the health benefits and will help enhance your fitness, power and functionality.
We have a great range of classes delivered on the gym floor by our fitness professionals who will inspire and encourage you to reach new goals.
High Intensity Interval Training designed to provide improved athletic capacity and condition with 30 – 90 seconds of intense anaerobic exercise followed by lower intensity recovery periods scientifically proven to lower overall body fat mass
Mondays 7.30am – 8.00am and 6.30pm – 7.00pm
This is becoming more popular as we all train to be strong and fit but we also want to be injury free! Functional strength is designed to mimic the specific physiological demands of real life activities and movement so we’re not just fit for the gym but fit for life too!
Wednesdays 7.30am – 8.00am and 6.30pm – 7.00pm
As with all exercise programmes, sports training or general well-being, the core is the centre of all fitness by correcting posture and building the foundation for progression on all fitness levels.
Fridays 7.30am – 8.00am and 6.30pm – 7.00pm
Fun, dynamic workout that incorporates a regiment style of training that trains your strength, cardio, power and agility
Saturdays 10.30am – 11.00am
