Thinking about getting active? Then get yourself down to our Junior Gym! Friendly, trained gym instructors are always on hand to offer advice on equipment and exercise.
For those juniors aged 12 – 15 years we have dedicated junior gym sessions which are listed below:
Inductions cost £10 (parent or guardian signature required) and then from £4.90 for each session.

As a member you are also entitled to book your slot up to 7 in advance. Non-members can book up to 2 days in advance.

Chloe’s areas of expertise is female strength training and confidence building through combining nutrition and tailored programmes. I like to explore lots of different methods of training including HIIT training which involves cardio, body weight and strength exercises. She will also encourage you to work with pieces of equipment that you may have not used before.
