Important information: Booking and managing your activities

To enable you to book activities, you will need to register for an online account.

To register you will need your email address, membership card number and date of birth. Your details should match what we hold on our system. Once you have completed your details you will be sent an automated email to confirm your account.

Once you have set up your account you will be able to manage your account, book and cancel activities via ‘your account’ section of the website.

Online booking is for members only to book activities from 9pm, 8 days in advance from 9pm, 3 days in advance for non-members.

Cancelling a booking
We have recently updated our booking terms and conditions.

  • If you cannot attend your booking, please cancel online or phone the centre and inform us more than 2 hours before the start of the session to avoid a late cancellation charge.
  • If you cancel a booking with less than 2 hours’ notice or you do not attend a booking, a note will be recorded on your account. If two notes are recorded in any 90-day period then a £4.00 fee will be applied to your account and your booking privileges removed until the fee is paid.
  • Please note that the times of all cancellations are recorded.
  • If you cannot give 2 hours’ notice, then please still inform the centre, as your space maybe resold and you not charged for the cancellation.
